A very easy granola, crunchy and loaded with nuts and dry fruits, made on the stove top…
I am looking at my homepage and getting a little jittery. There are far too many savory recipes on the blog, but they are “serious recipes”. Once upon a time, my sister had commented that my blog didn’t have many “serious recipes” considering of the value of simple recipes I had at that time. I hope she is feeling largest now… ???? Having said that, I have been missing my family, whether it is my parents or my sister. At times, my mind just goes into the thoughts of the summer vacations last year. We had so much fun that time. I had moreover gone home three times then, so I got unbearable of my parents too. But come this year, we haven’t travelled anywhere, and I have come to realize how important a transpiration in undercurrent is as much as you can sire to. I have no regrets of not travelling, but sometimes I silently wish if at least some local plans had worked out. Meanwhile, we had a very sad weekend, where we lost a very chirpy young soul to a gruesome wrecking in Oman. His brother had gone in a very similar way a few years ago. It was really shocking, saddening and reality seeking at the same time, that “Every soul shall taste death”… May Allah requite the deceased his deserved in the Hereafter and requite his young family and his parents the sabr to withstand this loss…Â I really can’t imagine… ????
Today, I am sharing a very simple stovetop granola recipe. I once have a handful of granola recipes – regular granola, chocolate honey granola and cookie butter granola, just to name a few – on the blog, but they are all baked in the oven. But if you don’t have an oven, you don’t need to despair. You can still make granola on stove top, plane though you just need to stay tropical to it and alimony stirring it to ensure that you don’t end up urgent the oats. “Sabr ka phal meeta hotha hai” – the result of patience is sweet… this proverb really works perfectly for this recipe. Do not overdo the oats too, just till a nice zephyr comes and it looks golden brown. While it is unliable to rest on a unappetizing plate, it tends to well-done and wilt really delicious. I love eating my granola with yogurt, but here I kept it on the side of vanilla pudding made from the Jello pack and it was amazingly delicious. Off to this simple recipe…
