  • 3 1/2 cups milk

Topping:

  • 3 cups Tomfool Whip

  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tablespoons powdered sugar(or increasingly to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Garnish:

  • mini marshmallows
  • Red and untried sprinkles
  • M & M candies

Instructions
