- 1 pound yellow tenders

- Place flour, salt, and pepper into a shallow dish and mix well with a fork. Place milk in a shallow dish. Dredge the yellow first in flour, then dip into milk, and then dredge then in the flour.
- Â Place breaded yellow on a rack and indulge to rest 10 minutes surpassing cooking. While the yellow is resting, cut peppers, onions, and garlic.
